This package provides a flat-fee, highly structured process designed to give your family clarity, leverage, and peace of mind without the stress of an open-ended retainer. This is the first step process to working together. Participating in the Cornerstone Blueprint provides a solid foundational knowledge needed to provide the best advocacy for your child.
1. The 15-Minute Strategy Call
We start with a private, targeted phone or virtual consultation. We will discuss your child's primary struggles, your biggest anxieties about your child’s school experience, and your specific goals for their education.
2. The Insider Records Audit
You hand over the paperwork, and I dive deep into the files using my unique lenses as a Licensed School Psychologist, Administrator, and Wilson Literacy Expert. I will audit:
Your child's current IEP or 504 Plan to find vague language or hidden service cuts.
The school’s latest psychological evaluations to ensure their eligibility categories and test scores accurately reflect their actual needs.
Reading data and interventions to ensure your child is receiving true, evidence-based structured literacy (crucial for students with dyslexia or decoding challenges).
Transition plans (for students ages 14+) to ensure college, career, and independent living goals are legally compliant and robust.
3. The "Cornerstone Blueprint" (Your Written Plan)
I will deliver a customized, easy-to-read written strategy packet directly to your inbox. This is your playbook for the new school year. It includes:
The Teacher Cheat-Sheet: A 1-page summary of your child’s crucial needs and accommodations that you can hand directly to their new teachers on day one.
Target and Appropriate Accommodations: A list of highly specific, measurable modifications to demand at your next meeting so teachers cannot misinterpret them.
The Timeline Tracker: A customized list of upcoming legal deadlines and check-ins the school district must adhere to for your child's file.
An Action Plan: What are our next steps and timeline
Package Guidelines & Transparency
To keep this package affordable and efficient for families, the $400 flat fee covers a comprehensive review of up to 50 total pages of records.
What fits in 50 pages? For most students, this easily covers the current active IEP/504 plan, the most recent 3-year psychological evaluation report, and recent progress reports.
What if I have more paperwork? If your child has an extensive history, multiple private evaluations, or you want a multi-year historical review that exceeds 50 pages, you can absolutely include them! Excess pages are simply billed at a flat upcharge of $2.00 per additional page so you only pay for exactly what needs to be reviewed.
Please note: This package is a specialized planning and document review service. It does not include direct communication with school staff or attendance at school meetings. Ongoing advocacy and meeting representation packages are available separately
Ready to Level the Playing Field?
You do not have to walk into teacher conferences or meetings guessing if the school is ready for your child or able to meet their needs. Let's work together to secure the education, accommodations, and respect your student is legally entitled.
Spaces for this Cornerstone Blueprint review are limited to ensure intensive, individualized attention for every file.
