Thank you so much for visiting. At this point, you’ve probably felt a bit outnumbered or told “no” one too many times. Maybe you feel like you are missing something, or your school isn’t doing enough to meet your child’s needs. Maybe you need someone to help you ask the right questions or navigate the answers you are getting.
Why My Approach is Different For 34 years, I have served the Massachusetts public school system as a School Psychologist, a Special Education Coordinator, and most recently, as a Director of Student Services. I have chaired thousands of meetings, written over a thousand psychoeducational evaluations, and directed dozens of district-wide programs. I have extensive knowledge of community partnerships and the role the school plays in providing a free and appropriate education for all students.
Because I have sat on the "other side of the table," I offer families a unique advantage:
I understand the "District Language": I know how districts make decisions about services, placements, and resource allocation.
I am a Clinician First: As a School Psychologist, I can translate psychoeducational and neuropsychological reports into plain language and actionable classroom strategies.
I Value Collaboration: My experience has taught me that the best outcomes for students happen when the relationship between the home and the school is professional, data-driven, and focused on the child's growth.
As a Wilson Language certified practitioner, I have extensive knowledge of literacy programs and effective research based programs.
Because I hold a transition endorsement in the state of Massachusetts, and I have worked with numerous community partners, I can help you identify additional sources of support to grow with your child.
